Oliver Aldort, MTNA national winner 2007 and a student of Lynn Harrell, will be giving a recital in Maple Hall, La Conner WA on Feb. 9th 2008 at 7:30 p.m. (104 Commercial, La Conner WA).
On the same day at 1:00 p.m., Oliver will be the first of three cellists in Lynn Harrell's master class at Illsley Ball Recital Hall in the Benaroya Hall building in Seattle. It is being televised and will be open to a limited audience.
The Maple Hall recital program will include Beethoven sonata, Tchaikovsky, Schumann, Bach, Dvorak, as well as piano compositions by Chopin and Beethoven.

December 4th, Sunday 6:00 PM - Oliver's performance on From The Top will be played on 89.7 FM in Boston. Check here for when it will air on your local radio station.
November 20th, St. Mary the Virgin Church in Oak Bay, Victoria, 1701 Elgin Ave. 2:30 PM. Oliver performs as winner of the Chamber Music Celebration Award of the Greater Victoria Music Festival. He will play the full Schubert Arpeggioni sonata as part of the ceremony during which he will receive the award.
October 2nd, Oliver will be recorded in a live concert at Jordan Hall in Boston for the program From the Top, which will be aired on National Public Radio stations across the country a couple of months later. This will be aired on December 4th in Boston Sunday 6:00 pm 89.7 FM. For your local airing time, please see what NPR radio station airs From The Top in your local area.

We received a surprise phone call from the CBC classical radio station. They invited Oliver to their studio and recorded him. He may end up on their Pacific Spotlight program even though he is significantly younger than their rules allow.
